Full Access is sold with a money-back guarantee. The guarantee period is 60 days from the date of purchase. This is also shown on the order form and repeated in your confirmation email.
Refunds are handled by the authorised retailer that processed your order — the company named on your billing statement.
To request one, contact that retailer using the support link in your purchase confirmation email, and quote your order number. You do not need to give a reason.
If you cannot find your confirmation email or your order number, use our contact page and we will help you locate it.
Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer, and typically takes a few business days.
Your licence to use the file ends when the refund is issued, and any copies should be deleted.
If your download link did not arrive or does not work, contact us before requesting a refund — a replacement link is usually immediate.
